1. Where we ship?

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
*We do not ship to APO and PO Box numbers.

2. I didn’t get my order.

If the item was shipped, has a tracking number, and was marked as delivered, you have to contact USPS directly to open a claim.
If the tracking is not available, please check your local post office if your package has not arrived in time. Sometimes it is held there.

3. My is my order came late.

All courier services have removed their guaranteed delivery times this year due to the pandemic.

4. I gave the wrong address.

If you put in the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped and your package was returned to us by USPS because of a wrong address, we can redeliver the package, but you will have to place the order again. We will refund you the products.

5. What do I do if there are damaged or missing items on delivery?

Damage in delivery. If there is damage to the package, or if the item is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not return items without going through these steps, as this will delay the replacement order.

Lost Items. All claims for missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.

If the item is damaged, please note this on the delivery manifest and have the person who delivered the item sign it as well. Contact us within 48 working hours to report the damage.

6. I want to cancel my order.

1. We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

2. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
