Refund and Returns Policy

In achievecool, we attach great importance to customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will help you. The goods can be returned or replaced within 30 days after the delivery date. If you have any problems with damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service. We will work with you to find suitable alternatives, issue refunds.

Return and replacement process:

1. All return/exchange items must be free from wear, damage and cleaning, and all original labels must be pasted on the original packaging. Otherwise, the Buyer will bear all expenses incurred and will not refund.

2. Goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

3. The return freight shall be borne by the customer.

4. We do not accept returned items without prior notice.

6. Goods sold in sets must be returned in the correct size at the time of sale

Return process:

Step 1: Please email our customer service representative to support@achievecool. com to obtain the return authorization and return address, and explain your order number and return reason.

Step 2: After receiving your exchange/return request email, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/refund instructions. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week, or process the exchange order after we receive your package. We will email you after processing your refund or exchange, and the refund will be issued according to your original payment method.

Return and Exchange Fees:

Customers do not need to pay return handling fee.

If the product does not have its own quality problems the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

If the product itself has quality problems, please contact us with photos and we will redeliver one for you for free.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. Your refund may take some time to be officially released. Next, contact your bank. Refund credit is usually processed within 5 working days. If you have completed all these operations but have not received a refund, please contact us: support@achievecool.com.

Our return and refund policy lasts 5 business days. If your purchase is past 5 business days, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please notify us of your refund or exchange request within 5 business days of receiving your item.

All items must be returned to us via courier.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must cover the cost of re-shipping the item to us.

At no time will there be a handling fee for returns.
